Step 1: Open card
Participants are given cards with topic names and asked to organize them into groups that make sense to them
Step 2: Sorting
Collect results from participants to identify patterns and intuitively categorize information based on common groupings.
Step 3: Analysis
Looking for trends in how information is grouped and labeled, which informs the restructuring of the website’s navigation and content layout.
